Greenhouse ornamentals crop protection
Greenhouse Cut Flowers
-
Resistance has been documented in some aphid populations.
PHYTOTOXICITY: Certain pansy cultivars have exhibited sensitivity to flonicamid. Apply flonicamid to a small portion of the pansy crop (about 10 units per cultivar) and visually assess impact 7 to 10 days after. Can also cause leaf burn on potted chrysanthemums and poinsettia at high drench rates (e.g. 30g/100 L) or after 2 applications. Test on a small number of plants or start with 1/4 to 1/2 of the recommended drench rate.
